Meet the Team

Mike Heene

Founder and GM

Founder of Adpay, Mike is a serial entrepreneur with over 25 years of business and technical experience and is a recognized expert of online strategies for media organizations. Before Adpay, Mike founded Exceed Systems, a software company focusing on real estate servicing over 1000 brokerages. Prior to that, he founded Iguana Logic, a highly regarded Denver area consultant of data warehousing, data modeling and relational database design. Mike holds a BS in computer science from Salisbury University and several technology patents.

Melissa Clark

Sr. Manager Customer Operations

Melissa oversees Adpay’s customer operations teams and brings over 20 years of technical support and client operations experience. She began her career here as an Implementations Manager and continues to directly lead many new client facing projects across the product portfolio. Melissa is a graduate of the University of Denver with a BA in Anthropology. On the weekends she enjoys trying new food, drinks and regional cuisines.

Deborah Dreyfuss-Tuchman

Director of Business Development 

Deborah Dreyfuss-Tuchman brings 30 years of media industry experience to Adpay, and has specialized in driving the success of new solutions for the media industry. Prior to joining Adpay, Ms. Dreyfuss-Tuchman was VP of Business Development at Travidia. Her background also includes VP of Business Development at Thomson Newspapers and seventeen years at The Chicago Tribune and Tribune Media Services. Dreyfuss-Tuchman has a BA in Journalism from the University of Michigan. She is passionate about time spent traveling with her husband and two daughters and unsuccessfully attempting to lower her golf handicap.

Mike Galusha

Sr. System Development Manager

Mike has been an IT guy for 20 plus years. He enjoys music, theater, and motorcycles. Mike also has a compulsion to build and repair things and is a restorer of vintage electronics.

Spencer Heintz

Product Manager

Spencer helps drive engagement with Memoriams for funeral directors nationwide. After graduating from Arizona State University with a BS in Marketing, Spencer has had various roles with different technology companies. Outside of the office, Spencer enjoys traveling the world, sports, skiing, and spending time with family and friends.

Mike Mullen

Sr. Software Developer

Mike has a career in the IT field that has been going for 20+ years. Mike enjoys working in a collaborative environment. In his spare time Mike is an avid outdoorsmen with many 14er ski descents, he also has completed numerous marathons, triathlons, 1 ironman and a 50 miler trail run. He shares the Colorado wilderness with his wife and 2 children.

Kelly Rogers

Product Analyst

Kelly has been with Adpay since 2013 and prepares product performance reviews for AdPay’s partner papers. She has a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Florida State University. Kelly is an avid traveler, enjoys reading, gardening, DIY home projects and spending time with family and friends.

Shelly Roberts

Software Quality Business Analyst

Shelly has been in the Software industry for 20 years, with 10 plus of those years at Adpay. She began her journey in Support where she developed a deep understanding of the importance in the user experience. With her analytical eye to boot, she has grown with the company and has spent the last 8 years testing all of Adpay’s software products. In her free time, she likes to spend time in nature with her Beagle, Konoko and loves sailing.

Devin Parkes

Customer Support Operations Manager

Devin has worked for Ancestry since November of 2013 and joined the Adpay team (family) in October of 2018. He has over 15 years of Call Center and Customer Service experience. He really enjoys working with his team and peers on engineering the best customer experience possible. Devin is also determined to always improve engagement in the workplace. Outside of work, Devin loves sports! Originally hailing from Seattle, he loves the Seahawks. Having spent most of his life in Utah, he acquired a taste for the Utah Jazz. However, when he’s not working, Devin spends time with his wife and 5 kids!
